Before a large attendance star studded Portumna from Galway overcame strong competition from 34 of Ireland’s most decorated hurling clubs to claim the 38th annual Meteor Kilmacud Crokes All-Ireland Hurling Sevens Senior Cup.
September 2nd - Two time Seven’s winners Patrickswell of Limerick have named 2007 All Star goalkeeper Brian Murray in their line up.

On Wednesday 18th August 2010 the Junior A’s championship hopes suffered a blow when going down gamely by 2-13 to 2-10 against Ballyboden at Silverpark. For report see
Friday, 23rd July 2010, saw the intermediates make it three wins out of three in this year’s championship when accounting for St Sylvesters by 1-18 to 1-8 in Silverpark. On a nice evening for hurling Crokes had three points on the scoreboard before five minutes were out.

When Dublin claimed their second Leinster Under 21 crown in four years with a 2-15 to 0-15 win over Wexford in Parnell Park on Wednesday 14th July 2010 another six provincial medals came to the club. The Dubs trailed 0-8 to 0-7 at half time and hit the front for the first time
