The threatened spillover from Hurricane Thomas storm didn’t come but the Crokes minors put in a storming performance at O’Toole Park on Sunday 7th November 2010 to claim the Dublin Minor A Hurling Championship for the third time in four years and the club’s thirteenth in all.
The new Kilmacud Crokes Club Lotto has just been launched. This is a vital cross-club effort to help raise badly needed funds for the maintenance of the Facilities we all enjoy. Full details can be viewed by clicking on the lotto link below.
As Autumn gives way to Winter the hurling year winds down
The Annual General Meeting of Kilmacud Crokes Hurling Committee will now take place on Wednesday the 24th of November at 8.30pm (Please note change of Date) in the Function Room in Glenalbyn House.
Those able to tri-locate on a bright sunny Sunday (24th October 2010) saw the minor A’s march on to the county championship final and the seniors and minor B’s bow out at the penultimate stage.
With nearly all eyes on next Sunday’s county senior hurling championship semi final against St Vincents (Parnell Park at 2.00pm) this was a relatively quiet hurling week.
