U14 C

The Under 14C footballers have shown themselves to be a proud and skilful group of players. After a difficult season last year, the lads have displayed great effort and courage to have a very good start to their 2015 season. To date, they have played 8 League matches and have won 6. They consistently give their best efforts in training and matches – and this hard work has produced some strong results. This year, the Under 14C are lucky enough to have Feile at their home ground at Silverpark. They have a tough group with Skerries Harps and Fingallians from the next Division up and local rivals Ballyboden St. Endas. Their first match throws in at 10.30 am. The lads know that they will have to give their very best effort in every match to reach the semi-final. The lads are very lucky to have a great support from their parents, who always provide loud encouragement from the sidelines. The Under 14C are looking forward to seeing a big support from Kilmacud Crokes on Saturday from 10.30am.

The under 14C squad are led by their captain Cathal Deegan and vice-captain Ben Brown who always show a fine example and never ending effort. Panel members: Luca Haran, Cathal Deegan, Ryan Fitzgerald, Joe O'Dwyer, Conor Deane, Cian Lyndon, Macklin Coakley, Ben Brown, Hugo Collins, Peter O'Brien, Sean Kealy, John Maloney, David Kelly, Jack Brennan, Gerard Downey, Daniel Zakharov, Max Comiskey, Patrick Nolan, Fiachra Scallan, Canice McCarthy, Caolan Ryan, Michael Nealon, Mark Murphy and Leo Fearon

Mentors: Simon Deane, Philip O'Dwyer, David Haran, Cyril Brennan.

U14 B

The U14B team are being hosted by Oliver Plunketts and will be joined by teams from Naomh Olaf and Erin's Isle.  While we are currently second in Division 5 of the league, this is a tough draw as both Oliver Plunketts and Naomh Olaf play in higher league divisions than us.  First up on Saturday morning is a match against Erin's Isle who we recently beat in a very closely contested league match.  It promises to be another tight encounter and hopefully will set us on the way for a great day out. The fixtures for  for U14B are as follows:

U14 A

The U14A footballers are very much looking forward to the Feile this coming Saturday. We will be travelling over to Ballyboden on Saturday morning to take on the host club in the first game at 10.30am which will be followed by matches against Clan na Gael and Sylvesters. We started training in Ballycorus back in January and in recent weeks have moved to Silver Park. Along with the U14 hurlers we had a trip to Cork over Easter which was a great success both on and off the field.

Our league form to date has been somewhat inconsistent so we are hoping to hit the ground running at 10.30am on Saturday. The parents of the boys have been very supportive and we are hoping to see a big support from Kilmacud Crokes on Saturday.
