New Football Website goes Live on 15th Sept 2007!

Body

At last, all of you who have been calling for a web-based presence for Kilmacud Crokes Football are having your prayers answered!  Our new site goes live on the eve of  The All Ireland Sevens, our flagship annual event, which takes place on Saturday, September 16th.  A feature of the new site will be the almost instantaneous upload of  Sevens results, from over 80 games across the 4 venues being used this year.  Group tables will be kept right up to date as a consequence.  So all supporters that can't be present on the day, including supporters of the Hong Kong and Parnells (London) GAA teams, will be able to monitor their team's progress as the event progresses!

This site is being developed in phases and is still very much in its infancy - please be patient while we try to get everything into place.  In Phase-1 we've loaded a lot of the more basic information; additional material will be added during later phases so be sure to check in regularly - it's an ongoing project.

We look forward to your constructive input at any/all stages. Why, we have even provided a feedback link on hte bottom-right of the Home Page so ... go on, don't be shy!

Club members may prefer to contact a member of the Web Committee directly as the need arises:

  • Joe Caffrey (Non-player perspective)
  • Mark Duncan (Juveniles/Minors)
  • Jim Fitzgerald (Design/Technical aspects)
  • Shane Harte (Adult Football)
  • Cyril Loughlin (Football Committee & Overall Site)
  • Des Molyneaux (Coiste na nÓg)

(Thanks to all those that have volunteered so far to help with content provision and other aspects .... support from others will also be gratefully received!)
