The Kilmacud Crokes Mini All Ireland Series is probably the biggest Internal GAA blitz of its kind anywhere!

A three week festival of GAA for the whole family.

Kilmacud Crokes Mini All Ireland Series - The numbers

  • 5 nights of Ladies Football & Camogie
  • 5 nights of Hurling
  • 5 nights of Gaelic Football
  • Games typically played on the main pitch in Glenalbyn from 4.30pm to 8pm each evening.
  • Approximately 1,500 young players, from the ages of 5 to 12, play over the course of three weeks. Around 300 13/14/15 year olds manage the teams. And more than 50 referees from our U16 & Minor teams officiate over the course of the 3 weeks.
  • 12,000 application forms are typically distributed throughout local schools.
  • Over 1,800 t-shirts are distributed during the blitz
  • Each participant receives a Football or Sliothar to take home.
  • On each of the Friday night Finales there’s a BBQ for all the participants, with over 2,000 Burgers & Hot Dogs consumed!
