Klmacud Crokes Mental Health and Well-Being strategy

CrokesTalks members' survey request

Dear Member,

In the autumn of this year, Kilmacud Crokes will launch a Mental Health and Well-Being strategy for the club. We are looking for your input into health and wellbeing issues that may affect our members – players, coaches, management, support staff, and parents within the club environment.   This is an important part of the CrokesTalks initiative and will help us understand more about the support and information we can provide to our members, particularly anyone in challenging circumstances.

You can help us develop this strategy by completing the short survey included in the following link

https://qtrial2015az1.az1.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_0jLkZp96I14P5rL

The survey is completely anonymous and takes less than 10 minutes to complete. The deadline for completion is Friday July 3rd.

We are asking each member of the age of 18 and above (including all family members - so please pass on this message to all family members) to take the time to complete the survey. We will also be glad if members aged 16 years and above (with parental / guardian approval) would complete the survey if they wish to do so. We would ask that children below that age would not complete this survey. The results of the survey will be available to all later in the year and will help shape the Mental Health and Well-Being strategy, including practical recommendations on how we can best support our members in this area.

Thank you for your time – we appreciate your contribution
