U12s beat Vincents, 1 April 2006

Saturday 1st April 2006 saw Crokes account for St Vincents at a very wet Deerpark by 5-10 to 0-0.  Crokes also won the other game between the sides at the same venue 5-4 to 1-3

 

The Crokes defence of Andrew Colclough, Pete Fay, Mark Collins and Conor Devins were resolute throughout.  Midfielders Tom O’Higgins and Cian Gormley kept the forwards well supplied.  Conor J O’Dwyer notched up 2-2. while Eoin Ryall got an excellent long range point against the wind.  Goalkeeper Ruairi Geraghty was untroubled for most of the game and swapped places with Andrew Colclough and Eoin Ryall at different stages.  In his forward sojourn Ruairi accounted for one of the Crokes goals.  His under 10 colleagues Paul Comerford and Peter Herlihy did likewise while Karl Woulfe also starred.
