U9 Ladies Football Enjoy the Games

Body

On 13 March our U9 girls played a blitz at home in Silverpark with St Annes, and Templeogue Synge Street.
Despite it being the girls first game of the year they showed no rustiness at all. They put in performances that were filled with hard work, great teamwork and no shortage of skill with loads of evidence of the skills they had been practising since early January.

On 3 April they played away  to St Judes and Clanna Gael.
In very trying conditions that made handing very difficult the girls put on a wonderful display. The level of teamwork shown during the games was a joy to behold with some really slick passing on display not to mention the wonderful attitude shown by each and every girl to make their contribution on the day, be it, to take their turn as a substitute, change positions when asked by the coaches or the big impression they made on the opposition by their great sporting behavior.

Well done girls, keep up the great work
