2020 AGM Notice for Kilmacud Crokes Football Committee
Please note the 2020 AGM of the Football Section will take place on Tuesday 15th December at 8:30 pm. Due to COVID the AGM will be held on-line this year. If you wish to attend the AGM please e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org and you will be sent the link to attend the meeting. Only paid up members of Kilmacud Crokes can attend the meeting.
Nominations for the election of the 4 Officer Roles (Chairman, Treasurer, Registrar & Secretary) must be delivered to the Football Secretary by Tuesday 24th November. This can be done by e-mail to email@example.com. Due to COVID restrictions nominations by post will not be accepted this year. Nominations must clearly state the proposer and seconder (with phone & address contact details) and will only be accepted from fully paid up members of Kilmacud Crokes GAA club.
Nominations for other Committee roles can be proposed by e-mail before or at the AGM with the requirement that the proposer and seconder are fully paid up members of Kilmacud Crokes GAA club.
Motions to the AGM must be delivered to the Football Secretary by Tuesday 1st December. This can be done by e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org .
