Kilmacud Crokes Every Day Heros - Mol an óige agus tiocfaidh sí

Quite often today there can be a tendency to give out about our young people and upcoming generation that they are too busy to help others. On behalf of the Kilmacud Crokes  community, we would like to acknowledge 2 of our young members who absolutely are not in that category.   Mikey Gibbons ( Snr Hurler)  and Grace Kos ( Ladies Minor Footballer) found themselves in 2 separate situations recently where they became everyday heroes in the lives of 2 other people and demonstrated great strength of character and caring  for others in distress.  They are a credit to themselves, their families and their communities.   Through their actions, they showed us the value of watching out for other people and also knowing lifesaving skills.
