Malin to Mizen 2018 - Launch Thursday 10th May

The launch of Nissan M2M 2018 was held in the club last Thursday night, with a great turn out of cyclists and club members. A great evening was had by all.

Professor Arnie Hill of BCI (Breast Cancer Ireland) spoke about the research and work done in combating breast cancer and that the monies raised from the M2M cycle would be put to great use in BCI. The 2012, 2014 & 2016 events were a tremendous success both from a fundraising & a social perspective. The target for the 2018 M2M is to raise in excess of €100,000. James McCarthy also spoke to the audience about Nissan's pride in being involved with the event and we are greatly appreciative of their ongoing support. Thanks also to the many businesses who have given sponsorship support by having their logo's on the cycling gear.

On May 30th this year, we anticipate that a group of over 70 cyclists will embark on the M2M 2018 Cycle to raise funds for Breast Cancer Ireland (BCI) and Kilmacud Crokes GAA club.

All support for the cyclists is very welcome.  You can support the groups online fundraiising at http://the-nissan-m2m-challenge-2018.everydayhero.do/
