BIG PRESENTATION NIGHT IN CLUB ON FRIDAY 25TH

It's been a roller-coaster season on the Adult football front!  Next year we will have 2 senior teams contesting Division 2 ... even our "Play the Whistle" champs wouldn't have predicted that!  This follows the promotion of John Sweeney's AFL3 side and the surprise relegation of our elite Div 1 team, having lost to Lucan on Tues night.  The AFL7 team were promoted to Div 6, under the tutelage of new Football Chairman, John Shovlin.  Meanwhile, the AFL4 team narrowly missed out on promotion in Donabate last Sunday after a wonderful season.  Top of the class in our Juvenile ranks are the U16Bs who won their League against all the odds!

So, we have lots to celebrate and an informal presentation event tomorrow night is just the gig to honour our heroes whilst banishing any remaining blues from the 2011 season. The highlight of the night features the presentation of Dublin and Leinster 2010 medals to our Senior squad.  To help you relax and enjoy the moment, pints will be served at the ridiculously wonderful price of €3 each between 9 and 10pm.
