CALLING FOOTBALLERS YOUNG AND OLD - ITS MACTECH CUP TIME!!
Get ready for the Mactech Cup on Saturday 7th August (2pm). This eagerly awaited internal club Sevens event is the highlight of each year when it comes to competitive and entertaining fare mixed with fun, occasional frolics ... topped off with a fab Presentation Bar-B-Q in Glenalbyn at 5.30pm approx!!
Over the course of a busy day see our stars from the senior inter-county scene struggle against club colleagues, some mere 16 year olds; brother pitted against brother; former heroes attempting to re-ignite the lustre of yesteryear; returning emigrants; previously undiscovered management talent and ....... much much more!
Its a truly unique format and genuinely one of the most sociable days in the lives of the players - just ask Jocky (see this pic): how many Mactechs is it now young fella? Nobody goes home empty-handed as Pauric Mac ensures every player gets a colourful commemorative T-shirt at the very least (make sure you get a size that fits!!).
