So you think you know your sport? Well here is your chance to pit your wits against other sporting colleagues in the club and get in line for 23 cash prizes! Closing date for our "Play The Whistle" competition, which returns after a very successful debut in 2011, is March 31st so get your entry in now! You don't even need to know anything about sport to enter and to win! The easiest way to sign up is to click on the image below (only takes a few minutes ... have your credit card ready!).
It's dead easy: once you register online, you will find 20 sporting events listed from April to July 2012 with possible winners for each. Just pick who you think will WIN. If you are right the relevant points will be added to your score, week by week. The objective is to amass as many points as possible. At the end of July the entry with the most points wins. Additional prizes will be awarded as per the attached table. Points awarded for wins only. An updated leaderboard will be posted on the website after each event. The cost per entry is just €20 and you can enter as often as you like!
1st Place: €1,000 ... 2nd Place: €500 ... 3rd Place: €250.
Also, there is €100 up for grabs for EACH of the following places: 8th, 11th, 17th, 24th, 30th, 33rd, 39th, 41st, 48th, 52nd, 57th, 63rd, 65th, 72nd, 79th, 84th, 88th, 91st, 96th and 100th. So even the non-experts have a great chance of winning whilst supporting a great cause!
