Anthony Daly is the new Dubs boss

Body

Former Clare All-Ireland winning caption and manager, Anthony Daly has been appointed as the new Dublin senior hurling manager.

Following a glittering hurling career during which he captained Clare to Liam MacCarthy glory on two occasions (1995, 1997) he returned to the Clare senior team in 2003, this time as manager.  In 2005 Daly’s side had the reigning All-Ireland champions, Cork, on the ropes in the All-Ireland semi-final and also reached the semi-final the following year against Kilkenny.

Kilmacud Crokes Hurling is delighted with the appointment of Anthony, a regular visitor to our Punchestown Race Day, and wishes him well in his new role.
