Dublin South into Leinster Schools SHL final

Body

With eight Kilmacud Crokes starters, Dublin South are into the Leinster Senior Colleges ''A'' League final - where they will await the winners of St Kieran''s College and Kilkenny CBS in two weeks time - following their one-sided 5-20 to 0-8 victory over Presentation De La Salle Bagenalstown at Kiltipper Road.
Sean McGrath was in fine form for the Dubs and amassed a personal tally of 2-5 (0-2f, 0-1 sline) with Peter Elliott, Danny Sutcliffe and Barry Mulligan all getting on the scoreboard in the early stages. Dublin South struck for their first goal in the 11th minute when Darren McVeigh released McGrath who batted to the net.

Nine minutes later McGrath found the net again after Mulligan did the approach work as the Dubs led 2-12 to 0-3 at half-time. The second half had just begun when McVeigh grabbed Dublin South''s third goal with Kevin O''Loughlin and Mulligan (two) adding points.
Conor Murphy scored Dublin''s fourth goal before impressive full-forward, Ciaran Brennan, added the final goal with three minutes remaining.
Dublin North were beaten 4-14 to 0-6 by Good Counsel in their round-robin game.
