Following the trail blazing 2005 All-Ireland winners and the 2011 under 14’s will be the third set of Kilmacud Crokes under 14 hurlers in four years to represent Dublin in the National finals.  This promises to be an experience of a lifetime and we wish all involved a great trip.  Their group fixtures are

Our most facilitating and generous hosts, Loughrea, have advised

 

“Can you pass on our sincere apologies to the team and travelling supporters as we are unable to provide refreshments on Friday after the 1st game as we are under pressure to vacate the grounds. Host families have been requested to provide a meal for the players when they bring them back to their houses before the parade and restaurant/cafes have been requested to stay open late for supporters.

I have no problem recommending the following for Quality food:

Hungry Bookworm - Tapas - Middle of main st (turn right down abbey street)
Il Porcetto - Main st - Good Sardinian restaurant (mostly evening meals)

Amigos - Italian Restaurant - Main st
Taste matters - End of main street (Hungarian/Irish food)
