Hurling U11 - News & Reports

Our Under 11 (2010) Hurlers were privileged to be invited by Ferns GAA to take part in the inaugural Séamus Murphy Tournament hosted by the Wexford club on Sunday 5th September.

Our under 11 (2010) Hurlers marked the August Bank Holiday Weekend by travelling north to complete the four corners of the compass that started earlier in the Summer with the journey across the Shannon to Clarinbridge in Galway.

July 4th 2021

24 players and parents, coaches and supporters travelled independently to Clarinbridge in Galway on Sunday morning the 20th June. A Father’s Day trip with a difference!

Our U11 hurlers had a special guest at training this week when Waterford Senior Hurler, All Star and Former Young Hurler of the year, Tadhg De Burka attended the Thursday session at Glenalbyn.

Our much travelled U11s enjoyed an unforgettable weekend in the beautiful North Antrim Coast on August 13/14th, winning the high quality tournament in great style. This is truly the best underage tournament this reporter has come across in his many years of travelling the island for top quality hurling.


The camp runs on the 2nd week of the holidays - Tue 7th April - Fri 10th April, from 10am - 2.30pm.
The camp is combined with Football in the mornings & hurling and camogie in the afternoons. The camp is aimed at players from 5 - 12 years of age.
