Apply for coaching positions at the Kilmacud Crokes Summer Camp

The application form for Coaches who wish to work on this year's Summer Camps can be downloaded below.

If the person applying for a Coaching Job is Under 18 there are a couple of extra forms that need to be completed, as well as the main Application Form:

  1. Application Form - outlining their membership details, Coaching qualification & experience, dates & availability for the 8 weeks. Due to expected demand preference will be given to Coaches who have completed a coaching course within the club and who have also been involved with the club in a voluntary capacity either through helping with the Nursery or an Underage Team or on the Mini All Irelands.
  2. Declaration of Suitability - when our coaches reach 18 years of age we need them to go through the process of getting Garda Clearance (as per GAA guidelines). As 16 & 17 year olds we ask them to sign a "Declaration of Suitability"  form in its place.
  3. Contact Consent Form - in accordance with GAA Code of Best Practice guidelines we need all Parents/Guardians to give permission to the Kilmacud Crokes Coaches to send direct contact to their child in relation to their schedule or duties. A copy of all text messages will be sent to the parental number listed on the form.

If the person applying for a Coaching Job is Over 18  the following  must be completed/under taken:

  2. Garda Vetting/Clearance Certificate -  We need to have a copy of their Garda Clearance Certificate on file. If they have not received a certificate or have started the process this must be addressed ASAP. Forms are available in the Front Office. (Note - the Garda Clearance form must be completed front & back on the 1 sheet. It must then be returned to the Kilmacud Crokes Coaching Department, who will then send them on to be processed)
  3. Child Protection Course/Code of Best Practice Course - All Over 18's must have completed this official Irish Sports Council Course in order to work on the camps. Any Coach who hasn't completed the course must do so before the start of the camps. A course will be provided in Kilmacud Crokes in late June for these coaches.
