Kilmacud Crokes Gaelic Football & Hurling Boys Nursery September 2019
Wednesday 4th September, 2019

Coaching commences for boys born in 2014 on Friday 13th September from 5.45pm to 7pm on the All Weather Pitch in Glenalbyn. The Boys Nursery is a dual Nursery with the boys getting a chance to play both Gaelic Football and Hurling.

Kilmacud Crokes Under 12 Hurlers Camaint Winners

2 of Kilmacud Crokes U12 Hurling  teams ended the summer on a high note with their A’s winning the Camaint Division 1 Cup and the B’s being narrowly defeated in the Division 4 Cup final by hosts Round Towers.

Beacon Hospital All-Ireland Hurling 7s Senior Semi Finals

Glenalbyn was lit up by two very exciting senior semi-finals!

 

In the first game, it was an all Tipperary affair as Moycarkey Borris took on Portroe.

Australian team makes debut at the Beacon Hospital All-Ireland Hurling 7s
Saturday 31st August, 2019

We were delighted to welcome Sarsfields Hurling Club from Perth, Australia to the Beacon Hospital All-Ireland Hurling 7s.

The team travelled almost 15,000km to take part in the Shield tournament, which is open to teams from non-traditional hurling counties and countries.

Ballygunner win inaugural U12 hurling festival at the Beacon Hospital All-Ireland Hurling 7s
Sunday 25th August, 2019

The boys from the Déise won the inaugural U12 hurling festival after they beat Athenry (Galway) in the final. 8 teams took part in the new initiative with a great sporting atmosphere enjoyed by all during the group stages in UCD.
