Minor B's Well On Top

Body

The Minor B hurlers fulfilled their deferred Division 3 fixture versus St Peregines in the novel setting of Ballyogan on Thursday 30th June 2011.

The attractive backdrop of Three Rock Mountain, an encouraging sideline attendance and a surprisingly good turf served up an enjoyable mid-summer evening match.

The Kilmacud lads did not let up and continued to pile on the scores.  The game ended with Crokes 5-19 to 1-6 ahead.  On a night when every Crokes player gave a good account throughout the pitch one of the standout events was an overhead pull to the net by Oisin O’Carroll in the fifty fourth minute, following his switch to attack.
