Crokes lose out to a hungrier Clontarf in league play-off

The Junior A team finished the season on a beautiful winter’s morning in Raheny Park, going down to a fresher Clontarf side, who had the benefit of recent Leinster championship activity. Although this was an outing Crokes could have won in terms of missed chances, on balance the outcome of a two point win by Clontarf was a probably just about right. A last minute rocket of a free by keeper Eoin Dalton almost brought extra time but went narrowly over!

Congrats to Clontarf on their promotion. Well done to all that partook throughout the season.
