U14s v Craanford, 20 Marta 2009

Having a bye in the league, the U14s took the opportunity to travel to Craanford County Wexford for a challenge match.

Although Crokes eventually came out easy winners, this was quite a physical match. In the first half Craanford notched up 4 points, while Crokes drove home 4-05.

The second half saw Crokes continue to battle well for every ball, scoring 2-10 from play and three further points from frees. Craanford only managed 1-02 in this half. A good display from the Crokes lads,who tackled and passed the ball well Midfielder Sean Bedford and left half back Conor Hayes played out of their skins. Great work by the defence and impressive scoring by the forwards.
