Senior A's faced up to Kilcormac Killoughey while the Senior B's took on Belmont

The Senior A's faced up to All Irelancd Club Finalists Kilcormac Killoughey in a challenge match in Páirc de Burca on Sunday 24 February. When these teams met in a chllenge match last August both were headung for County honours. On that occasion Crokes won out. This time it was the turn of the Offaly Champions to emerge victorious, as they prepare for their All Ireland CLub final appearance in Croke Park on St. Patrick's Day.

On Saturday 23 February the Senior B's played Belmont in a challenge match in Páirc de Burca. Belmont wasn't the only challenge, as wintry conditions made good hurling difficult! (see photos below, courtesy of Brian Geraghty).
