Cardiac Screening Progrmme - Saturday 21st September

Members - Please be advised the Ladies Football Committee has
organised Advanced Medical Services to provide a Cardiac Screening
programme on Saturday 21st September. The screening clinic will begin at
9.30am.

       Appointments are in 15 minute slots and participants should allow
      20/25 minutes per appointment. No exercise one hour before
      appointment. Follow the link below, or paste into URL. Participants
      need to set up an account and password. It will only take 5-10
      minutes to complete the booking.

       Laya Healthcare customers can avail of a complimentary cardiac
      screening once every two years but booking still required
