Free Summer Boot camp in Dundrum Tuesday 26th July

       Lifestyle Sports & Bootcamp Ireland are teaming up for a Summer Boot camp event in Dundrum Town Centre Tuesday 26.07.2011. The event will commence with a FREE bootcamp session in the Pembroke District of the centre at 7.15pm; led by experienced Bootcamp Ireland instructors, you are guaranteed to be put through your paces. Bootcamp Ireland events are for men & women.
      Bootcampers will then experience an exclusive in store fitness workshop, which will include technical talks from Bootcamp Ireland instructors on fitness and nutrition, footwear and apparel tech talks from Nike instructors. Bootcampers will receive 20% discount on Nike, adidas, Asics & Reebok gear and a free Nike bag with all Nike purchases made. Refreshments will be provided to rejuvenate bootcampers after their hard work out!       Bootcampers will meet at the Lifestyle Sports store at 7pm and be brought down to the bootcamp area.
