Death of Joseph (Joe) McDonald (RIP)

It is with sadness that we note the passing of Kilmacud Crokes Hurler Joseph (Joe) McDonald. 
                                      “Ar dheis Dé go raibh a anam diliís”

Joe was a Hurling Legend playing with Crokes in the 40s & 50s. He was a All-Ireland Minor Hurling Winner (Dublin 1946) and on Croke's 1948 Intermediate Championship winning team that secured Senior Status. A loyal club stalwart he was a mentor with the Senior team in the 70s & 80s.

Our deepest sympathies to his niece Aideen and family at this sad time.

Funeral Details Follow

Funeral Mass on Monday morning, Feb. 23rd, at 10am in the Church of The Nativity of Our Lord, Montrose Park, Beaumont, followed by burial in the Old Balgriffin Cemetery, Carr’s Lane, Malahide Road.
