Crokes Talks

Crokes Talks is a brand / tag line we have developed to ensure we have a much defined focus and program of activity  for player / member, mental health and overall well-being in the club.

Crokes TalksThe initiative was started in January 2015 and has grown from strength to strength. We have added a role to our executive entitled Club Wellbeing Officer. This role is held by Kevin Mulligan.   Along with Kevin, there is an active Crokes Talks Working group who are defining and implementing initiatives to maintain to drive education and involvement across the club in this area.   We also extend the reach of this program outside the club into the broader community and partner with other service providers and organizations who have expertise in this area.

Crokes Talks - News & Reports

Last year the Dermot Early Youth Leadership Initiative was run in Dublin for the first time , both northside and southside. With many of participants graduating from NUI Galway in the last week, with a Foundation Certificate in Youth Leadership and Community Action .

The popular Crokes Recalls afternoon get together was held   on Wednesday April 27th between 3pm and 5pm in The Village Cafe.  Great time had by all in attendance. Watch for next Months event on the last Wednesday in May
