Gym Rules

  1. No single usage of gym permitted
  2. 16-18’s can use the gym under a supervised team session only
  3. Return weights & bars to side of racks after use
  4. Equipment must not be removed from the premises at any time
  5. Sanitize equipment after use
  6. Use a spotter when lifting – no exceptions
  7. Turn off lights & ensure all doors are closed before you leave
  8. No food or drinks allowed – apart from bottled water
  9. Be considerate of others
  10. Leave the gym clean & ready for the next session
  11. If there is an accident/ incident, please notify club office immediately
