Dublin U16
Body
Well done to Dublin U16 girls footballers who advance to play Kerry in the All Ireland Final after winning against Galway today. At the final whistle it was 2 13 to 2 4.Dublin are the reigning U16 All Ireland champions having won the title last year following an epic match over the girls from the kingdom. In total Dublin have been U16 champs on three occasions winning the first title back in 1989 with the second title won in 2006 this victory was significant as it bridged a 17 year gap.
This current crop of Dublin players and their management team would dearly love to win back to back All Ireland championships a feat which has never been achieved by the metropolitans at this particular grade. Keep an eye on this site or visit our facebook page for the details of the time and venue of the final. Come along and support Eabha, Michelle and Molly who represent Crokes on the panel.
