Mixed Fortunes for Crokes Juveniles

Body

Juvenile Fixtures began last Saturday and Sunday for our camogie girls with mixed fortunes for Kilmacud Crokes. The Dublin Juniors had a great win over Wicklow in the start of their league campaign.

The U14s began their season well with a resounding win over Thomas Davis and a score of 5-6 to 0-1.  They then continued with their feile fundraising efforts on Sunday morning with coffee and cookies for sale in Silverpark at the Senior Football game.

The Under 12s played host to St. Vincents and Ballinteer St. Johns in the first of the Cluster Blitzes.  Kilmacud won 5 out of the 6 games so their winter training and match programme has served them well.

Elsewhere the U16s and U13s were well beaten by their respective opponents Raheny and Lucan.

The U11s begin their campaign next weekend.

The Dublin Junior had a great start to their league with a win over Wicklow on Saturday.  Clodagh McGough played in the half back line for Dublin and Gerry McGough is part of the Management Team.
