Here's your club's opportunity to participate in this year’s One Direct Kilmacud Crokes All Ireland Senior Hurling Sevens Competition, organised by Kilmacud Crokes GAA Club, on the Eve of the All Ireland final, being held this year on Saturday 8th September.

The competition

This official All Ireland tournament is one of the most prestigious competitions on the club calendar and top class competitive hurling is guaranteed. 

  • Teams will play off on a league basis ensuring at least three games for every team
  • The entry fee is €250. This includes a full hot meal for 12 people (10 players plus 2 mentors)

This year the competition has been limited to 40 teams. Please be advised that competition places are filled on a “first come first served” basis.

How to take part

If your club wishes to take part in the All Ireland Senior Hurling Sevens Competition I would appreciate it if you could please return a completed contact & entry form, along with the entry fee (€250) to Peter Walsh (address below) before Thursday 16th August 2012 at the following address: Peter Walsh, 28/30 Burlington Road, Dublin 4.

Please Note: Entries for the main competition will only be considered in the first instance from Senior Hurling Clubs from Counties that were entered in the 2012 Senior All Ireland Hurling Championship (Liam McCarthy Cup). 

Entries must be signed and submitted by Club Secretary / Club Chairman.

Please advise your county board in writing of your participation in the competition and forward the enclosed letter confirming county board approval of participation by fax or post as soon as possible and in any event one week prior to the event. Please be advised that the entry fee is non-refundable.
