FOX'S DUBS NOT COUNTING ANY CHICKENS JUST YET!
Sean Fox is one busy guy: an active Kilmacud Football Committee man for the past few years, he continues to find time for very demanding "on-pitch" activities. This year these include his work with DIT senior team (click on image below for more - go to 5m 45s) and now .... his Dublin Junior Football Team Manager role!
Sean and his Dublin Junior Football Management colleagues are presently formulating a panel of players for the forthcoming Leinster Championship campaign. Players who have not represented their Clubs in the 2010 Dublin Senior Football Championship are eligible for selection so the Management are looking for young talent and a few old nuggets to strengthen the team.
Challenge matches have already been played against SFC sides like St. Vincent's, Ballyboden St. Enda's, UCD & St. Sylvester's. Further games are planned against other top club sides and some Inter County teams over the coming weeks.
Dublins opening game in the Leinster Championship is at home to Wicklow in Parnell Park on Wednesday May 25th, 2011 .... we can't wait!!
