Table Quiz a huge success!

On a night when Jedward learned how fickle piblic support can be the Kilmacud Crokes Senior squad were left in little doubt about their support from within the club faithful!  Their final NY trip fundraiser tonight proved to be a huge success with 43 tables of 5 taking part in one of the biggest and most enjoyable club nights for some time.

Led by Pauric Mac and his cohort of senior players and others on the organising committe, the event was always going to be a success.  Throw in quizmaster supremo Brendan Carberry and his support cast on the night and you have got a potent mix.

The competition was keen throughout and in a very tight finish the Lamb family stole the honours with a superb score of 56 out of 60!  There was a tie for 2nd place - Mooney and Maguire teams a mere 2 points adrift.  Well done to all concerned on a great night and a fitting send-off for our champions!
