The Kilmacud Crokes community is saddened to hear of the passing of Grace Donnelly. Grace's children and grandchildren are longstanding members of the club.

Grace's daughter Yvonne, known to so many in the club and community, is the mother of Paul & Mark Mannion who represent the club in football and is also an SNA in our local primary school, St. Laurence's BNS.

Grace's daughter Linda and her husband Michael are club stalwarts who have ran the Village Café and Kilmac's bar in the club for many years. The café will be closed on Tuesday 21st May to facilitate Grace's funeral.

Grace will be sorely missed by all those in the club who knew her over the years. The club extends its deepest sympathies to all the extended Donnelly family at this sad time. Tá tú inár gcuid smaointe agus paidreacha. Ar dheis Dé go raibh a hanam dílis.

Funeral details below

Following a long illness, in the wonderful care of the staff at Clonskeagh Hospital. Our much-loved mother, Grace, passed away in her sleep, gently and peacefully, just as she had lived. Predeceased by her loving husband John. She is deeply mourned and will be forever missed by her children Linda, Alan, Michael, Yvonne, Clodagh, and Aidan, her twelve precious grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren, daughters-in-law and sons-in-law. She is also fondly remembered by Aunty Celine, sisters and brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, and her devoted and lifelong friend Monica.

Reposing at her daughter Linda’s home on Monday evening (20th May) from 4pm to 7pm. Removal on Tuesday morning (21st May) to the Church of the Sacred Heart, Donnybrook, arriving for Funeral Mass at 11am followed by burial in Mount Venus Cemetery
