Death Notice Richard (Dick) O'Flynn RIP
Kilmacud Crokes is saddened to hear of the passing of Richard (Dick) O'Flynn. Richard is Dad to Eamonn O'Flynn who is a longtime club member. Eamonn has coached various teams, worked on a number of committees and is currently the treasurer of the Football section. He also completed our club Mizen to Malin fund-raising cycle. Eamonn's family are also involved in the club with Sean, Owen, Conor and Steven active players within the club’s underage and adult football teams. Owen was also was part of the management team for the All Ireland Feile winning team in 2023. We send our collective sympathies and condolences to Eamonn and all the O'Flynn family at this sad time. O’Flynn, Richard (Dick) (Stillorgan, Co. Dublin) January 3rd 2024. Peacefully, surrounded by his devoted family in St. Vincent’s University Hospital, after great care from all the staff at Beechfield Manor Nursing Home, Shankill.
Predeceased by his wife Eileen. Dearly beloved father of Margaret, Paul, Brian, Eamonn and Anne. Richard will be very sadly missed by his daughters, sons, brother Seán (Canada), sons-in-law Joe and John, daughters-in-law Claire and Melanie, his adored grandchildren Niamh, Saoirse, Seán, Darragh, Owen, Dervla, Conor, Fergus, Steven and Milo, great-granddaughter Florence, nieces, nephews, relatives, extended family, neighbours and friends.

Funeral Mass on Saturday morning, 6th January, at 10am in the Church of St. Laurence O’Toole, Kilmacud followed thereafter by burial in Deans Grange Cemetery. For those that cannot attend, the Mass can be viewed online using the following link:
