Heart Health 101: Essential Steps for a Happy Heart. Excellent Talk by Prof Robert Kelly, Consultant Cardiologist at Beacon Hospital

On Wednesday March 6th,  Professor Robert Kelly from our club sponsor Beacon Hospital delivered an excellent engaging and informative talk on Hearth 101 Essential Steps for a Happy Heart. With over 20 years of experience treating cardiology patients, Prof Kelly has a special interest in preventing heart disease and maintaining a healthy heart through medical and lifestyle interventions. It was a  great opportunity for members  to learn about the importance of heart health and be educated on putting it into practice.  Refreshments were provided. Overall, a well attended, informative and educational evening.
