Kilmacud Glenalbyn Sports Club (KGSC)/GAA Club is currently recruiting for the following position :
Facilities & Camps Co-ordinator / General Club Administration
Main duties : Co-ordinate Clubhouse facilities i.e. deal with requests to hold meetings, events and classes and maintain on-line reservation system. Ensure facilities maintained to a high standard and set up for commercial clients in accordance with their requirements. Maximise Commercial Income from the use of Glenalbyn House facilities by Third Parties. Develop good working relationship with Clubhouse users, Club Committees and all Club Sections. Support Club initiatives and events e.g. Kickstart and 7s. Deal with a wide range of incoming queries and forward to relevant Section / provide Club information as appropriate. Compile payroll data. Liaise with Clubhouse team to ensure ongoing provision of required services and maintenance. Maintain HR records. Ensure compliance with all Regulatory Legislation and Insurance requirements. Report on key performance indicators (e.g. service initiatives, business development, facility reservations, income, issues) monthly to KGSC Board.
Position : Part-time (20 hours per week), permanent
Hours : Monday to Friday 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. (lunch 1 p.m. to 2 p.m.)

Pay will be determined based on role responsibilities and previous experience
