Juvenile Camogie Medal Ceremony Saturday 27th January 2024

Last Saturday in the function room was a great night of celebration for the Juvenile Camogie section.  Players from Under 13 to Under 16 gathered together to be awarded hard won medals and cups for the 2023 season.

The evening kicked off with pizza, plenty of chat and an engaging Q&A session with 6 of our Senior Camogie team members, who were grilled for information and tips by the girls.  You can see from the photos that everyone was listening eagerly.  

Given the number of medals to be awarded the subsequent presentation took a while, a nice complaint.  Over 7 teams there were three 2023 Championship winners and four 2023 league winners. 

Thanks to everyone involved for a wonderful celebration.  Special thanks to our six super Seniors Alice Cregg (who was our fantastic MC for the evening), Eadaoin Herlihy, Sibéal Cherry, Róisín Ní Chathasaigh, Maria Eirin O’Hurley and Rachel McClafferty.
