Kilmacud Crokes Corporate Golf Day
The second annual Kilmacud Crokes Corporate Golf Day was held in Powerscourt GC on last Friday 27 May 2016.
It was a fabulous day in glorious sunshine and over 15 teams competed in a very competitive scramble competition. Only fractional differences separated the top 4 teams! There were 8 prizes in addition to nearest the pin and longest drive competition.
Congratulations to the top 3 winners as follows;
1. Taxback 2 ( Nicky McGrath , Martin McDermott, Peter Waters and Timmy McCarthy) – see picture of winning team and presentation of 1st prize by Michael Durcan and Gerry Greene
2. CPL ( Cormac Loughlin, Mark Vaughan, Barry Holmes, Rob Daly)
3. Capital Marketing ( Hugh Finlay, Niall Clancy, Michael Russell, Dave Doran)
On behalf of the Football Committee , we would like to extend sincere thanks to our sponsors and all the teams who contributed and helped make this a great day again this year. Thanks also to the organising Golf Committee represented by Michael Durcan, Gerry Greene, Ruairi Kelleher, Conor Noone and Fergal Keys.
Finally thanks also to Powerscourt GC – the golf course was in fantastic shape and the food and facilities were first class.
