Kilmacud Glenalbyn Sports Club/Kilmacud Crokes Senior Barman Job Opportunity

Kilmacud Glenalbyn Sports Club wishes to recruit a Senior Bar Person to assist in the running of the Club’s Bar Facilities. This is a full time role with a
minimum of 30 hours per week and working with the Bar Manager will have a shared responsibility for Bar Stock Management, Staff rostering and training,
cash management and reconciliation of till reports. Applicants must have appropriate Bar work experience.
 

The successful candidate will have a shared responsibility for achieving the Sales Budget, Gross Margin and controlling wage costs. In addition the Senior
Bar Person will have overall responsibility for the Security of Glenalbyn House including meeting room clients and activities outside of office hours.
The Bar is open every afternoon from 5.00pm until Midnight, Monday to Saturday and Sunday from late morning until closing time.
