In Memory of Dick O' Rafferty - Club Member and M2M 2016 participant

Earlier this year club member and volunteer Dick O' Rafferty passed away. Dick lost his brave fight to a brain tumor.  Dick was very active in the Camoige section as a volunteer and also took part in our Mizen to Malin event in 2016.  In honor of Dick, the annual St Paddy’s day  KC Wheelers cycle this year  was dedicated to his memory and the cyclists raised 2,750 euro from their individual donations.  This morning, Donie Dowling, Mark Cregg and Denis Neavyn met with Dick's wife Colette and presented her with a cheque for this amount which Colette is going to pass onto Brain Tumor Ireland. They also presented Colette with a photo collage from M2M 2016. Thanks to the lads for doing this on behalf on Kilmacud Crokes / KC Wheelers and special word of thanks to Frances Mullin who created the photo collage memento.
