RIP - Paul McDermott

The Kilmacud Crokes GAA community is saddened to hear of the death of Paul McDermott. Paul is Dad to Caoimhe and Saoirse who play with the 2009 and 2011 teams. Our thoughts and prayers are with his wife Aisling his daughters Caoimhe and Saoirse together with all his family and friends at this sad time. May Paul  rest in peace.

McDermott, Paul, Blackrock, Co. Dublin (formerly of Troytown Heights, Navan, Co. Meath), passed away unexpectedly on 10th February 2025. Predeceased by his father Fergus.

Beloved husband and best friend of Aisling and loving dad to Caoimhe and Saoirse.
Paul will be forever missed by his heartbroken wife and daughters, mother Anna, sister Lisa, brothers Shane, Bryan and Neal, brothers-in-law Colm, John and Garry, sisters-in-law, Niamh, Sally, Ally, Sharon and Emer. Paul will be sadly missed by his many nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours, friends new and old and especially his lifelong friends Aidan and Sinead.

May his gentle soul Rest in Peace.

Paul will be reposing in Massey Bros. Funeral Home, Blackrock (A94 X308) on Sunday 16th February from 2pm - 4pm. A ‘Celebration of his Life’ will be held in the Victorian Chapel, Mount Jerome, Harolds Cross (D6W HY98), on Monday 17th February at 4pm.
