Junior A's lose out to Boden in Promotion playoff

Lack of accuracy costs dearly

The Junior A's faced up to Ballyboden St. Endas in a Division 5 promotion playoff in Silverpark on Sunday 17 November.

1-05 to 0-04 down at half time, an inability to put away scoring chances, particualrly from frees, was costing Crokes dearly.

After the break the trend continued, with numerous goal opportunites spurned and a mounting wides count (ultimately18 wides in all), leaviing Boden comfortable winners by a margin of ten points.
