Judes win against 14 Man Crokes in AHL1 final playoff

Early red card sees Crokes on back foot

An already depleted Crokes were put under further pressure following a harsh red card within a couple of minutes of the throw-in. However, the County Champions did manage to stay in touch until the short whistle, with Judes finishing out the half a solitary point ahead; 1-06 to 0-08.

However, the heavy O'Toole Park pitch began to take its toll on the depleted Crokes team as the second half wore on. Try as they might they couldn't muster enough forward momentum to break down the resolute Judes defence and Judes won in the end by three points; 1-13 to 0-13.
