MARTIN GLYNNS DAUGHTER PUBLISHES 1ST NOVELHot on the heels of Emmet Ryans "Tactics not Passion" book launch, here comes another "Croker" majoring in the passion department, albeit of the less tactical but more romantic variety!

While many people fantasize about writing a novel and being a published author, not very many actually turn that dream into a reality. But 38-year-old mother of two, Sheena Lambert, daughter of Martin Glynn and brother of Phelim, has done just that. The former Kilmacud Crokes camogie player has taken full advantage of the new wave of e-publishing that has hit the literary world, publishing her first novel, 'Alberta Clipper', to great reviews.

Alberta Clipper is the story of a young meteorologist and an Irish banker whose paths cross and ultimately romance blossoms, despite some ups and downs along the way. It is very modesly priced and is available from Amazon in paperback or as an e-book at www.amazon.com/dp/B00A04SDSC.

NOTE: available from "Bookstation" in Stillorgan SC from 5th Dec.

"Insider trading, rambunctious Christmas parties, overnight conferences, the modern office environment has it all. But it can also be the stage for a simple, modern love story?"

Just in time for the Christmas season, we know the book will prove a great read for many Crokers and their friends so be sure to spread the word! Congrats and well done to Sheena!
