MACTECH CUP 7s AND FAMILY FUN DAY JULY 19th

Kilmacud Crokes Football are announcing a fantastic club Family Fun day, with the legendary MacTech Cup on
Saturday 19th July at 1 pm, in Glenalbyn.
The MacTech cup is an in house 7-a-side where players from every team from U16 to Senior 1 are split across all 8 or 10 teams.
So
you could have Craig Dias on the same team as past legends like Ray
Cosgrove, Peter Ward, "Jockey" O'Callaghan and a 15 year old!!!

"One year I lined out against the current senior team mentor and '95
All Ireland Club winner Mick Leahy. Beside me was a 15 year old. First
ball, Mick rises majestically to field a high ball and BANG!!!!! Ball
and man despatched by the 15 year old. Johnny Magee announced his
arrival!!!
This year, our Dubs will
hopefully be playing a Leinster final the day after we have our Family
Day, so Rory, Cian etc. may be Managers. Mind you , one year, the
aforementioned Magee, a day before a final, togged off after injury
reduced his team! Cian O'Sullivan won in 2007, with Liam Óg
Ó'Hineachán, Robbie Davis and.... me! Yes I get around. I will get to
play again this year, at 50."
