Lidl One Good Club - Week 2 of Take Notice

Week 2 of Take Notice continued in Kilmacud Crokes this week as U12's noted the positive attributes of their team mates by writing something kind about each other. 

Ms O’Crowleys 4th class from St. Raphaelas NS took part in the TAKE NOTICE theme. They took time to slow down, pay attention to how their minds and bodies were feeling after a long day’s work and learned how to breathe in and out using the rainbow breathwork method. The girls really enjoyed this time out at the end of their day and noted that they felt relaxed and re-energised leaving school.
