Texas Christian University (TCU) Visit to Kilmacud Crokes Friday August 28th

It was a real pleasure to welcome Texas Christian University (TCU) to Kilmacud Crokes this afternoon.

Our young boys and girls had a fantastic time learning about American Football and getting the opportunity to be coached by the TCU players in some of the key skills of the game.

A huge thank you to everyone who helped out this afternoon and, in particular, to all of the TCU coaches, staff and players who gave their time and made it such a special occasion for our young players.

A lovely touch from TCU as well was kitting all of our young players out in TCU jerseys, which they were absolutely thrilled with!

We wish TCU the very best of luck tomorrow in their game against North Carolina in the Aviva Stadium. We’ll all be cheering them on from Crokes! 

A brilliant afternoon and a great experience for everyone involved.
