Festival of Hurling, 10 May 2009

We are holding the 2009 Festival of Hurling on Sunday May 10th. This day has been designated Lá na gClub by the GAA, to allow clubs mark the 125th anniversary of the GAA. There will be no official fixtures on the day.

This competition is open to current and ex-Hurlers and Camogie players from U16 to Senior. Games start at 1:30pm in Glenalbyn and the final will be at approximately 5pm.

Entry is €10 per player, which gets you your jersey and a burger or two!

A final list of names and phone numbers must be with Collie Maher by email -  colm.maher@citi.com by Wednesday May 6th.

Offers of team managers, water carriers, umpires, chefs and any other assistance will be gratefully accepted!
